Presentation at the EN4S Conference – Dr Ramon

Dr Ramon’s case was presented at the EN4S Conference, which took place on 3 September 2021 at the University of Maribor in Slovenia.

Mr Achilleas Demetriades, Chairperson of the Human Rights Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association and Dr Ramon’s Advocate gave his presentation titled Enforcement of ECHR judgements in Cyprus (Ramon) and efforts for waiver of Immunity before the CJEU.
